Comes out pretty fancy prawns :)
Ingredient
prawns ( I used cocktail prawn )
Misua noodle - any noodle like jap soba will do i think
egg
bread crumps
black pepper
salt, sugar
flour
mix flour , salt, pepper and sugar
1st after you done your noodle roll to your prawns, deep your prawns to egg that been beaten, then bread crumps then the flour.
deep fried prawns till golden brown
serve with sweet chilly and Japanese mayo :)
